UPC Workshop (Online)

The CRIDES (Research center for business law and society) and the A.I.D.E. (Association internationale de Droit Économique) are organizing a one-day workshop on the Unified Patent Court on the 27 May 2021. The purpose of the latter is to stimulate discussions concerning the UPC Agreement and to consider possible alternatives.
